RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered. If you're not happy, we want to make it right.
Condition of Items
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@OnePercentFitness.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Need a different size? We're happy to help. Contact us at info@OnePercentFitness.com.au before sending anything back so we can check availability.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we'll cover it.
