BUILT 1% AT A TIME

One Percent Fitness was born out of frustration. As CrossFitters ourselves, we couldn't find gear that was both high quality and priced fairly for everyday athletes — not sponsored pros.

So we built it. Starting with thumb tape and chalk, we've grown into a full range of training accessories trusted by athletes across Australia. Every product starts with one question: would we use this in our own training?

The name says it all. Progress isn't about giant leaps — it's about showing up every day and getting 1% better. Our gear is built to support that journey.
